Leg passes

Three ways to pass standing up.
1st pass:
- opponent is on his back, grab the gi material in the inside of his knees
- place your right arm on the mat behind his butt
- drop your weight on his right leg and pin it to the matt by stepping backwards
- walk around his right leg and get into side control
2nd pass
- opponent is on his back, grab the gi material in the inside of his knees
- place your right arm on the mat behind his butt
- if he blocks you, place your hip on his hip and apply pressure
- with your right hand reach around and grab his collar
- finish in side control
3rd pass
- opponents feet are on your hips
- reach over with your right hand to his right foot and grab his pant leg
- really exaggerate and throw your hips forward and pull with your right hand until it’s clear
- proceed to side control
