  • left hand also on his armpit/bicep area
  • get up on your feet and create pressure buy downward on his hips
  • walk clockwise
  • switch your hips and collapse on his right leg
  • keep your right hand on his armpit/bicep, with your left hand push his open
  • step over his right leg with your left
  • with your right foot dorsi-flexed to his right shin….. then bring your right knee over to finish in side control

Rolling review: my intentions were to go easy, but it went pretty hard pretty fast. I fell into opponents guard, I tried to tie up his arm with his gi to be able to pass, didn’t work, so I worked my hands and got underhooks  and grabbed his belt and flipped him over… sweet. From there I went to side control, I worked his left arm and put a figure 4 on it, I used my knee to break his grip and applied a kimura.

I worked on getting out of side control. I tried to bump up and roll him off me, so I bumped up again and dropped my knee and rolled him off, hooked my leg over his body and pressed down on his neck and broke off his headlock.

I also worked on a turtle escape, he was on me and I worked trying to get my hips out and rolled to my right, I’m not sure if I did that right.

Squealing pig: starting from your opponents closed guard, grip his pants and your right elbow in, take your left arm and get his right leg over your shoulder like you are going to pass, reach for his collar good and deep with your left hand. At this point you should be standing and have already begun to start stacking him. Take your right hand and grab his belt or his pant material above his butt, your head should move from one side of his leg to the other side. Your hand should still be holding on to his collar from here are applying a collar choke and at the same time pulling his weight on top of him. Be sure not to let him try and escape. If done correctly you should get an immediate submission. Thanks Big Brian.
